Took too long to be seated even though we went...

Took too long to be seated even though we went about 6:00 p.m. After being seated, we sat at our table and were not even ackowledged for over 20 minutes and it was not that busy. We left without ordering and have not been back since! We had eaten there previously and would rate it as fair, only.
