We went for dinner based on a friends recommendation, although she had only ever gone for lunch. We received reasonably good service from our waiter. He bordered on being a bit of a hoverer but all in all he was friendly and tried to do well. The food however was horrible. we started with potato skins...too bad they were burnt. My daughter had veggie pasta alfredo which in the menu claims to have large chunks of broccoli. There was not a single piece of broccoli and the pasta itself was very overcooked to the point of being mushy. My boyfriend had the steak neptune, the steak seemed fatty, but worse was the asparagus on top. It was so overcooked it resembled mushy peas. I had the potato pancake breakfast with bacon and scrambled eggs. My potato pancakes and hashbrowns were burnt and the bacon seemed as though it had been sitting there all day. The eggs tasted good but the presentation made them look awful. While eating we discussed the fact that the food seemed to have come to the table very quickly, and we suspect that it must be prepared in big batches and reheated or something....because everything was overdone. I cannot imagine ever going back and was extremely upset at the whole experience as we were out to celebrate my boyfriends birthday....very disappointing.
