Churrasqueira Nova Esperanca - Brampton's Rotisserie House

The food is very tasty. I originally heard of this place through work. (they have been catering our office meetings for the past 2 yrs) I finally decided to order it for my family. I called in my order and was placed on hold for quiet some time, but i did understand, i called during peak dinner hour. when i arrived they were extremley busy. i didnt mind the wait after all i am not the only one they have to cater to. i purchased the combo #2. the value was great. you get 2 chickens large rice large baby potatoes for $38.50 and thats taxes in!! great food, great portions, great value!! The rotisserie chicken is so tasy both mild or spicy. i recommend this establishment to everyone who doesnt have time to make their own home cooked meal.

First of all we phone to place the order so that when we walked in it would be ready. We didnt even get passed the phone ordering part. A girl answered the phone and put my husband on hold......for 25 mins!!!!!! What is the deal with that????? Why would it take that long to come back to the phone. How do you expect people to call orders in when you put them on hold that long. I kept telling my husband just hang up and we can order chinese tonight...he finally listened to me and hung up....You guys just lost some cutomers!

I used Nova Esperanca to cater to a few affairs in the past.... I entertained 20-50 people each time and always had fantastic service from them. It is great food, at reasonable prices with fantastic service!! I will definitely continue to use them for future events.

I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered. Great service too. The ribs have a bit of a wait, so order with a bit of notice. Trust me it's worth it!
