On Wednesdays Montana's has an "all you can eat beef rib night", its worth the trip and go there hungry. They have 2 choices of beef ribs "back" or "side" ribs, back ribs are more tender and have more meat on them. Its a fantastic meal and very delicious, I find myself dreaming of those ribs the rest of the week. Sadly they do not offer the same meal any other night of the week, its a one night only affair, the rest of the week they offer only a pork bone substitute for "Ribs" which is not at all like on rib night. Another annoying thing is you cannot switch rib type once you start so choose carefully. I know they have Rib night in several other Montana's restaurants in the Ottawa area on the same night but I don't know if it's chain wide, check with your local restaurant. We were greeted at the door by a respectful very friendly young woman named kirsten, then brought to our nice roomy comfortable booth at the side of the restaurant. we were greeted by our server straight away, Tina, who Brought our first round of drinks. Once we saw the menu we ordered nice and quickly, the menu was quite detailed. Salad and bread was brought to our table and the feast began. when tina brought our food to the table i joked that i might have to take it home.
