I brought my ferret here because he had a chipped tooth and a piece jammed up into his gum line. They gave me all my options up front and let me decide what I wanted to have done which I loved. Wow this store deserves a high rating not a low one. After the pet store within Metrotown closed due to the strikes, this store is a bit busier than normal but still nice. The staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly and it’s worth to come in just to see the adorable animals (especially kittens) up for adoption. Proceeds from adoption go to charity too. But if you’re wanting to adopt please consider the adults cats, not just kittens who are often adopted very quickly. Read more
