We had a brand new frontload washer that kept plugging up with clothing or ripping clothing. Whirlpoof customer service was excellent and sent out a different appliance repair company 3 times. Out of frustration, I requested a different service company attend and was contacted by Mark at George's. What the other guys could not identify, Mark addressed in a matter of minutes and had a replacement part within 24 hours. Wish I would have gotten Mark the first time rather than have $100's of clothes ruined. Read more
