I had a wonderful experience with Kal Tire on Victoria Road. My 82 year old Mother and I had a flat tire - and we had just come off the ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo. We had a long journey from Seattle, Washington. We pulled into Kal Tire to get the tire fixed - it had a nail in it. They removed the nail, fixed the tire, and didn't charge us for the repair. A couple of years ago, I had my alternator changed on my Honda Civic 2005, at the Honda dealer . They told me I needed a brake job, including new cylinders about 400-500$ .I went for a second opinion across the street at OK TIRES. they showed me all my brakes were in excellent condition and didnt charge me a cent.
