Wow! I have had botox at various clinics, from Kamloops to Kelowna, in the last ten years. This clinic is miles above the rest. The staff is professional and friendly and the actual botox procedure was painfree, bruise free and very very well done. Unlike every other clinic, Dr Venter used a new needle for each individual insertion. No icing was needed and I am very excited about the professional quality of the results. I received a gift card for a package including pedicure, massage, facial and I also had my hair done. Everything was amazing. The staff was very friendly, all the services I receive were excellant.
