I can say this joint serves the BEST wings in Muskoka (ask for the Dirty Greeks) and the servers are to say it plainly "friendly" and always go out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. There’s been time I went to KFC in Midland near closing time and picked up chicken and you can tell the chicken was fried a while ago, it was dry as ice ? .. Dixie Lee’s chicken is always fresh. On April 30th, I met with a business associate for a working lunch. The menu was creative , original and every dish was as mouth watering as the next one. It makes for a tough decision however, we both chose a lunch platter with a variety of specialties included. Even though we had a few minor 'snags' , the server was attentive and the management friendly & responsive.
