    Verstiaires étroits et mal entretenus, stationnement impossible,personnel qui ne semble pas connaitre la base d'un service à la clientèle et le spa est rempli au maximum de sa capacité. Aucune tranquilité possible.

    Réservation en ligne non fonctionnelle. Retour d'appel 36h plus tard pour mentionner que le booking ne fonctionne pas. Aucun retour de courriel qui confirme l'annulation de la part du Spa et service à la clientèle très ordinaire. On se fou complètement de l'Expérience client.
