Live in Ontario,flying shortly from Montreal to Amman, returning six weeks later. Booking arranged through partner BA,their booking Reference not with R.J. Airlines. However young lady assistant soon found I already had required Business window seat confirmed both ways. I surprised, relieved; she patient,efficient,polite. Other asked-for information she had in same manner already passed on to me. I had taken same itinerary four years ago, but in Economy,& treated throughout as if Business plus!
