Less than a week after the installation, we see cracking of the window caulking.
Installer used incorrect caulk as it feels grindy and not smooth like what is usually used in the shower. Sent multiple emails and called them multiple times. They keep saying they will get in touch with us as soon as the installer contacts them. They keep ignoring our emails and haven't heard back and it's been over 2 weeks.

Do not use Verdun Portes & Fenetres. They have questionable business practices and poor material and installation quality. Worst experience of my life took years for them to complete the work. Do yourself a favour stay away at all costs
16 mois ...les correctifs ne sont pas encore terminer ,nous disent nimporte quoi ,ont perdu le dossier ,la covid ,le fabriquant ,petite vitre demi lune difficile a faire etc ces surement la faute du client aussi.
although their windows are excellent quality, their customer service, their installation and their after service is the worst I have ever experienced. I have given them three different tries giving them the benefit of the doubt but all three times they have surpassed their incompetence of the previous time.
