This company has by far the worst customer experience I have ever dealt with. They will lie and make up any excuse not to uphold their warranties. My $800 coat was worn less than ten times and was less than a year old when the material started shredding & changing colours after being worn in the heavy rain (though they told me it was water resistant when I bought it). After I sent it in for inspection they told me that the tears were from someone falling down while wearing it! Lies!!!!!!
