Compared with the passed 3 years in Ontario with the LCBO, SAQ has lot to make for Customer Service. I purchased a more expensive whisky for the lack of selection on the market and it was one of the worst whisky Ive had despite my tasting experience, my many memberships to websites on the web. While I experienced an unfortunate and not so seldom product mistake, I was taken the very long and unpleasant way. SADLY
