H&R Block

Booked an appointment on thursday for the preceding tuesday at 12:00. On appointment day the office was closed until 2pm. I called the office at 2:45 and spoke to the same woman who took the appointment, Diane. She apologized and invited me to come right over and she would see me after her current client. I showed up at 3:05 and she was still with her client. I waited almost 3 hours to be seen. My taxes took 15 minutes and I was charged $127 instead of the $49 that was advertised. Go elsewhere.

It always fun making an appointment and waiting an hour and half passed your appointment time and still yet to be seen! Meanwhile the receptionist can pass all her friends ahead of people waiting... only 3 people staffed, using the excuse they are understaffed and overworked. Watched one of them stare at the same paper for an hour and take 10 minutes to look for a damn paper clip. Wow next year Ill be doing my taxes my on my own. Thanks for wasting my time!

J'ai recu un exce...

J'ai recu un excellent service pour ma part avec les specialistes de l'impôt avec qui j'ai eu affaire ... Courtoie, dévoué et empathique sont les qualités que je leurs attribues. Et ce ne fut pas de tout repos... Il a fallu être patient, car ayant des rendez- vous de soir, le système informatique du gouvernement provincial n'aidait guère à la tâche des specialistes. Et ce même avec plusieurs années d'imposition à faire entre leurs mains... En un claquement de doigts, ou presque, j' en suis resortie confiante en leurs travails et alégée. Merci
