Enercare Should be Called Sorry Care!! I have been paying for a Enercare Maintenance package for years now, I have recently for the first time requested services. Not knowing how the process works since I have never used it, but certainly paid for it, I found the experience very poor and unsatisfactory for the type of service they are in! During a heatwave, my A/C decided to crap out. No ones fault. Took them 3 days for them to come, and still broken. this company is useless. Go elsewhere!
