Melanie Pringle's Restaurants welcomes you to their dining room. They are open after-hours all week and are conveniently accessible by public transit and bicycle. Come visit them in a neighborhood acknowledged as historical, stimulating and green.
The jambalia is not jambalia. Over cooked rice with cold salsa on top, no okra, no passion. At least, give it a half-hearted attempt to make jambalia, and serve it at the right temperature. I doubt that we will be back. Oh, and the coffee I ordered never got to the table.
This place is a joke. My mom just got off the phone with the manager and Ive never heard anyone speak so rude and aggressively. We were never given our takeout order and when we called my mother was talked down to and asked why did she forget the food, all the while the food was never punched in to the kitchen. All around Im extremely disappointed because this place use to be a great place for a meal.
I live near Melanie's and able to walk over and enjoy this great eating establishment. Love the burgers, better than homemade and my favorite are the Nachos. Great staff, food and atmosphere. Highly recommend
The quality of the food they serve has definitely gone down. They used to give large portions and now it's kid portion food. Me and a friend used to go there for their chicken parmesean. The last few times the food has been horrible. The chicken is the size of a little nugget and barely any cheese. Not worth it. It used to be great I don't know what happened.
