I saw Chad for multiple visits for what ended up being diagnosed as a right hip labral tear. He helped me with strengthening, pain reduction, and range of motion, so much so that I was able to resume exercises that I couldn't attempt in months. Typically when I enter any doctor's office I'm used to receptionists who are masters at not making eye contact, have zero time for niceties, and usually bark instead of speak, before sending me to a waiting room for an eternity.
This was not the case in your office. Everyone looked me in the eye and was friendly, and my wait was no more than five minutes.
