I am totally satisfied with my new windows. The entire process from the very first introduction of the company to the completion of the installation of the windows was very pleasant and not taxing at all. Each step during the process was explained and a follow-up done to assure that we were eased and Had not questions. There was no pressure placed on me to purchase anything. To be honest had no intent to purchase any windows but the presentation regarding the quality of the windows sold me.
Totally satisfied with everyone in the process buying and installing my sliding doors and windows. The workers were very skilled and professional and the doors and windows look and work great. They doors came in on time. The install was completed when promised, on time. They cleaned up all debris. I have had a nightmare with the last two contractors at my house so this was a pleasure. I am a repeat customer with Gold Star Windows and I would recommend them.
I did get other quotes, and this company was about the same as another company. What sold me was the fact I got an assigned project manager who was fantastic. He came to my home a few times during my decision making process to discuss my questions and concerns. He also was very on top of things when it came to do the and was in constant communication with me as to progress. The crew was great - efficient and precise.

GoldStar replaced 20 windows in our home. They arrived on time and were very professional during their entire time in our house. As it happened, there was an 8 inch snow storm in the midst of this installation. There was no delay in their work schedule and they continued to work outside on high ladders installing second story windows! Very professional with meticulous attention to detail. I may advice them to anyone!
It took us awhile, but we finally found a great company to replace all our old windows.
The installers were very helpful, showing us what they were doing and if they were ever little bit late, they'd let me know. I appreciated that. Overall, very professional offering from a quality company!
