With decades of industry experience in kitchens and butcheries, Jason prides himself on providing his customers with high-quality meats and food products. After 18 years working as the head butcher at another shop, Jason decided to branch out on his own and opened Custodio’s Meats & Eats in 2012.
Operating under the “farm-to-table” philosophy, Custodio’s Meats deals solely with local Ontario farms. In this way, they can guarantee that all meat served is hormone and antibiotic free, ensuring customers receive the highest quality meat available.
“I like to say all of our meat was ‘traditionally raised,’ ” says Jason. “For our own meals, we really care where our food comes from and how it is raised. We feel that our customers deserve the same quality.”
