Very friendly, extremely efficient! Great experience?

Very disorganized office. Made an appointment (much to my surprise) for the same day (approx 2 hours later) only to find out that the optometrist was not in that day. Had to reschedule my day for nothing. No apologies, rescheduled for 2 weeks down the road and just got a phone call that they would have to re-book again. A simple contact lens fitting that has dragged on well over a month by now.

I've been a patient for many years and I've always been happy with each visit. The staff is friendly. There's a large selection of glasses to choose from. Dr. Hicks's assistants do a wonderful job of checking my eyes with their state of the art equipment. I feel fortunate to get such a thorough examination from Dr. Hicks. This last visit he found a problem with one of my eyes. An appointment was set with a specialist and I was taken care of within 1 week. Thanks Dr Hicks.
