Classes are always on time and never too overcrowded. They offer class times for everyones schedule so it makes it easy to fit an hour workout into your day. Absolutely love it there.
An energetic work out with great classmates and instructors. Always welcomed and greeted with a smile at the beginning of the class. I highly reccomend this gym.
This is a great place to get an amazing all over workout! Between the upbeat instructors and the amazing facility it’s a great place to go. The facility is super clean and the mats you workout on keep your joints cushioned!
I have a lot of fun at these classes. As a beginner it was intimidating at first but everyone is so positive and friendly that it wasn’t long before I was just having fun and sweating a lot! Amazing cardio workouts and great atmosphere.
