We booked a time and day to have our living room carpet cleaned and they never showed up. After leaving numerous phone messages and emails to them we still received no response or explanation whatsoever. Terribly disappointed and would never recommend this company to anyone.

WOW, Thanks! I really can't believe how great the carpets and upholstery came up. Stunned, I didn't even know the carpets where beige, been here for 3 years never had the carpets cleaned. I always though they were brown, turns out they are a nice beige color, Shocker! Wow. I will be doing it every year from now on, Whole house smells amazing and fresh. Had a 3000$ 25 year old Persian wool rug cleaned by them, The carpet came out spotless and it looks brand new. Didn't think it would come out that great. I will recommend them to my friends.
