Rising Sun Bakery is dedicated to providing the healthiest bread around. We source our ingredients locally and use organic stone ground flour. Most of the flour we use is from an ancient grain as opposed to a modern form of wheat. We offer a variety of levain or sourdough breads for added flavour and health. Find us downtown Owen Sound across from Shorty's on Thursdays and Fridays or Saturday mornings at the Owen Sound Farmers' Market. Cake orders are also welcome. more... See more text
