I am a 19 years old female, I went to that branch to deposit a check and I was waiting for the procesure to get done about 15 mins. So when I asked the teller why it's taking so long, she answered in a very serious and gave me a rude look. then i asked to see the manager and he replied after I discussed to him by saying that he cannot change anything. If it's taking time that's banking check and mentioned some nonsense after that. And on top of that, no body smiles there.
Employees should be switched over.
