Love coming here, great service and the food is the best mexican in Ottawa!
Great Mexican place ! The food was good ! The portion on our plate were very large. The service was courteous and fast ! Our server was bilingual something that we really appreciated. The recommendation from the server were very much appreciated.
This is the best Mexican food that Ottawa has to offer. Not quite authentic, but as close as you'll find. The service is extremely fast, and the food is consistently good every time. I would go at least once a week if I could.
We walked about an hour to this place as we were seeing the sights. It was well worth it, we loved the food and the decor.
The food at Pancho Villa is pretty decent and the price is definitely right, however, this is the most abysmal service I've ever had. Our waiter barked orders at the bus boy (the bus boy was working his butt off, by the way) in a completely condescending manner, and all but completely ignored us for the first twenty minutes we were seated at our table. We waited almost an HOUR for our appetizers to be served, and then another half hour for our entrees. The entire time the waiter was completely rude - we had to flag him down if we wanted anything at all, and he treated us with contempt, as though we were interrupting him by asking him for another drink. The only time our server was nice? When he brought the bills. Needless to say we won't be eating here again.
