We had a repair just over 3 months ago, spent 200$ and now the phone fell for the first time since, on a soft laminate floor and smashed. They want another 150$ to repair it. Either they don’t know what they are doing or they use poor quality replacement parts. I called and they said they understood I was frustrated and would give 15% off, but that wasn’t enough. So they said fine we will do it under 100, and didn’t honour either of those offers when my spouse brought his phone in! Never again!
