Carole and Dwayne really care about their customers and it shows. From the moment I first stepped into their showroom until my awning was completed everything was managed in a professional and satisfactory manner. I originally called another company for someone to come to my home for an estimate and was told that they would quote me over the phone. Unbelievable. I was annoyed as there were items I wanted to discuss on site with respect to my needs. The best decision I made was going to All Spa and Hot Tub. Carole arranged an appointment for Dwayne to come out within a day, gave me a sample book to take home and review fabrics and Dwayne showed up on time and was extremely helpful with his suggestions and ideas. I wanted to have the outside of my home painted before the installation and that was not an issue. Despite the fact that the weather was a problem, delaying the start of the paint work, they were patient with the whole process and never pressured me to have the installation done before the house was ready outside. Dwayne and his crew showed up, the attention to detail was remarkable and the workmanship second to none. Dwayne took considerable time after the install to show me how everything worked and discuss the maintenance and feature of the awning. He took particular care and went over and above to make sure the aesthetics were taken care of. I am so thrilled with my awning, pleased that I chose All Spa and Hot Tub and would recommend them to anyone. Well done Carole and Dwayne. In today's business environment it is so delightful to find a company that takes such pride on what they do and puts the customer first.

These people are truly outstanding. Caro l(co-owner) did show us the different Awnings available through them in their shop and made an appointmen tfor her husband Dwayne (owner) to visit us. This guy explained to us what we will experience when the Sun moves and what shade will be available from the Awning. It turned out that we chose a shorter Awning as we initially wanted and consequently they made less money. Dwayne pointed out that he doesn't want an unhappy customer. The installation was performed in a very professional manner and we can only recommend these people to anybody wanting to get an Awning.
