Dr. Kathleen Norman graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in 1990 and from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1994 with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. The care is acceptable, but the pricing is VERY high. Twice as much as another pet hospital just minutes away in Peterborough. They did not have our pet history available even though we had been going there for many, many years. I will not go there again based on this experience unless there is no alternative due to an emergency. I have heard similar reactions locally. Sorry, folks.
