Staff was unsympathetic. I went to redeem their survey coupon at this location. No where on the coupon it is mentioned that you require a physical copy of the coupon. Once I reached there they said it can not be redeemed and I would need a printout of the coupon. I have previously used the coupon directly through my phone at other locations and never had an issue before today. I will avoid this location in the future.
