I wish I could give them 0*. They are highway pirates, they will hold your car hostage. Save yourself time, money, and headaches and go with a smaller company who understands human decency. (I had to call CAA to come get my car from the lot because they wanted to charge me $200 to tow my car and were charging me $60 everyday. They yelled profanity at the CAA guy while driving by while he was hooking up my car.)
If I could rate lower I would... Got my tire replaced and they didn't even screw on the lug nuts. Drove it next morning to get the new tire put on and only 2 bolts left in the wheel... Could have died. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid
the tow truck driver was very helpful to accommodate my special needs while towing to collision centre and later to the body shop and rental car company
Even though the service seemed OK, be very careful about their drivers. I had one experience with them; the tow truck driver seemed to have a side income by having a deal with a repair shop. This might sound acceptable if one receives the service that was promised. In my situation, this was not the case. I found the experience very stressful and far from decency. Taking advantage of others is not illegal but still a terrible thing to do.
