Come savor a savory creation at Boston Pizza. They are open after-hours all week. You can get there by bicycle and public transit. They are situated in a location filled with restaurants, coffee shops and merchants.
Ordered Ham & Cheese Stromboli with fries. The fries were sparse, and I left hungry. The stromboli itself was void of flavor. The iced tea I had to send back, settling for a root beer, as the iced tea was unbearably watery.
Im not a fan at all of boston pizza's food because its average and I can cook way better aha BUT the bar here and the whole atmosphere and arcade is FANTASTIC! its a great place for parties! I'd say eat at home and come here and have a great time! the bartenders are always friendly! the appetizers are okay tho! also I have come to boston pizza for the last two new years! its a great place to party with lots of fun! there is also bowling! i'm most likely attending for my birthday and will be eating there and playing at the bar/arcade!
This is my preferred Boston Pizza. I find the location is fabulous and place is huge if you ever want to host a party. After dinner you can play many games in the arcade and have a blast.
It takes a while to be seated depending on how busy they are. I observed the wait staff work at stations where they have napkins, water and ice, etc. It makes is easier to get their attention incase you do need something.
I have never had to wait long periods of time for my food and find they are generally efficient.
I have typically ordered the pepper pizza, nachos, italian pizza and meat lovers pizza. I find my pizza is cooked slightly overdone but I prefer it that way instead of undercooked. The pizzas look exactly like the pictures in the menu and they are not cheap on the toppings.
One time I was there and I found a hair on my food. The staff immediately took it back with no question. Made me another pizza and gave me my entire meal for free. I couldn't be happier with their service.
I understand there have been a lot of complaints about it being noisy. And about it being a zoo and crowded. The boston pizza is adjacent to an arcade and is downtown where all the action is. Its going to be noisy during holidays/summer and rush times. Go there on a wednesday afternoon in the fall and you won't find it as busy. :)
We were on our honeymoon, and visiting Niagara Falls for the week. We are pizza eaters, and this was the BEST pizza we have ever eaten. Decicious food, great atmosphere, friendly service. Ordered a medium, wish we had ordered a large!!! Can't wait to visit Boston Pizza when we come back to the falls next month.

Place was very noisy and you couldn't carry on a conversation unless you talked very loud. I ordered the French onion soup which was pathetic. Hardly any onions in the broth, topped with half a dozen croutons and small square of cheese. (Someone needs a lesson in making proper French onion soup). Didn't hear too many complaints about other dishes although we waited a long time to receive them. We visit N.F. every year in October and Boston Pizza is off our list!
