Waiting time is too long. My appointment was at 12 noon. It took a while before I finally got this appointment with her. It was already 1:15 pm. I asked her staff how many more patients before me and she two more (one scheduled for 12:40 and another one for 12:50). She said that the Doctor did not start on time today. They should have informed us that she is running late so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

She is quite kind, compassionate, and care very much for her patients. Just like everyone else, she has her own problems which cause delays in her work schedule. If you come on time to your appointment, you will be let in.

You literally have to wait 2hours after your scheduled time. And I don't get of scheduling people if what's happening is just first come first serve basis. If the person after your schedule time came before you, they will go before you. it doesn't matter if come on time. This is ridiculous for Waiting this long for 5-10mins of the dr. time. Considering looking for a new family doctor
