Given that the CIBC no longer handles currency at an increasing number of its locations, the line ups for tellers at the few CIBC left that do are too long. This location had ONE teller and a line up of seven or eight people! What DO YOU DO with the millions and billions you charge in "service" fees ? It's not spent on service! This bank appears to have little respect for its customers' time- though most banks are not as overt about it as the CIBC!
