    Direct human contact on phone. Gave me a quote and advised that there was a possibility of a change once they reviewed the items I wanted removed. I live in an apartment and they did not increase the quote for that, as some others do. Best quote of 10 places I contacted and *bonus*, they were available same day. They arrived promptly and were very proficient in the removal - only took 10-15 minutes. The telephone quote was maintained. The gentlemen were very kind to deal with. Recommend!

    We used this Company to move a Lift chair from a 1 floor Condo into our Building with Elevator. We were offered Seniors Discount but Owner had to be reminded of that! They tracked in dry mud on white carpet! Asked for a favour (seniors) if they would put Lazyboy chair on Dolly down to our Car. Owner quoted 60.00 to do this - then called it a “laborious” job!!!! We did a review - his reply to us was totally false - lied about quote - denied having said it would be 60.00. DO NOT use this Company
