Following six years as Secretary-Treasurer in the mid-1990's, he was elected Vice-President. During this period he was instrumental in formation of AFM Southwest Regional Association, which initially included the Windsor, Chatham, Stratford, Kitchener, and Brantford Locals. Currently the Southwest Region is a casual association between London, Stratford, and Brantford. Finally, when Pres.
