    I went to emergency department and right from the beginning the staff were friendly and caring. It’s a great hospital.

    Apparently rating a 1 star isnt allowed. Staff is rude at this hospital. Ignorant to all my questions. This is not the first time. 2nd time within 2 months. Disrespectful to a daughter who only offered to hold her mothers coat while the mother gets operated on. The nurses in cataracts, floor 4, act like they are 15 and the volunteers do what they want without any respect for the patients caregiver. This needs to be fixed. Its not supposed to be a place of disrespect.
