I got my annual Rogers bill in the mail today. I wanted to pay by credit card to earn airmiles but this was not an option if mailing in my payment. I phoned the Highland Road location and was told that they would not accept credit card payment over the phone. I was directed to the 1-888 number. I followed multiple steps to process my payment only to get a recorded message that there was a problem and I was being directed to an agent. He was unable to access my account! A total waste of my time!
Customer service is def on the forefront with the staff here. Professional, well informed and didn’t “oversell” for what I needed. Adapted to android in relative short order after Jake took the time into android switch. Outstanding, stellar performance is what customers get here. Five star!!!
