Terrible experience. My wife made appointment for ultrasound but we called them that morning and they said there is no appointment for her that day. How do I make a complaint for this?
So SO rude... front desk staff are just awful. I wonder if someone reads these reviews or cares about customer service, if in fact someone does, please call and "test drive" how awful can your employees be.
Bad service and bad manner. You had to reschedule your appointment or waited for more than an hour if you are 6 minutes late for your ultrasound appointment.
Been here twice for scheduled appointments and both times was told I was "not in the schedule" and that they "did not know why". Apparently I'm now officially on the schedule.
Very bad customer service, very disorganized, I booked an app for my daughter, I called the day prior the app and they said she was not in the schedule. I was waiting three weeks for that app. Unbelievable.
