I love the one on Redmond n Stone Church Rd. They're always polite n the restaurant is always clean. I've never gone there n not gotten a smile n the food is so good. My pizza is always fluffy n yummy n the wings are always crunchy.
Will never go there again! Ordered the special for $19.99. Wanted to have 1/2 and 1/2 toppings for pizza, they wanted to charge $29.99 for this order due to additional toppings. I changed to single topping and placed an order. When I picked my $22.60 including tax order it was $22.99 for visa and 23.49 for debit. The visa machine didn't work and they kept blaming my card. I tried Mastercard and another machine. Also failed. I left and 10 minutes later they called and asked to deliver
Have ordered from here dozens of times over the past year (including tonight). Guess the 3 other YP reviewers here have had radically different experiences as I've not once had a mistake in an order. Good pizza (very consistent as well) and good prices (Godzilla deal is great). Highly recommended.
I used to order from here frequently, however I chose to find my pizza elsewhere. On several occasions they have not delivered what I've ordered and charged extra than flyer for greasy pizza. With so many options for takeout I'll spend my money elsewhere..
Worst customer service! I paid for a certificate for a free medium pizza. The guy at the counter wouldn't give it to me--asked me to pay AGAIN. Just said "Those are the rules" when I asked why I had to pay twice. Only one worker -- wouldn't give me manager's number to clear up the issue. Extremely rude as well. Last month when I ordered an XL pizza, noticed they overcharged me for toppings -- higher than the price on the flyer. DON'T trust the flyer. In fact, DON'T ever come here!
I really don't know how this people are in business! For starters they need to learn how to speak English if the plan on running their store in Canada! We have ordered several times there and we're pleased at first! Initially we would only get the pizza, it was fairly good and the reason we kept ordering was Bcs it was not salty like most pizza places we have tried! After we tried their wings we decided to start ordering wings every time we ordered! A few weeks ago I ordered pizza and wings and my order was taken about 5 times and they still got it wrong! It was a simple order, half half pizza and wings with sauce on the size! When hubby gois home we had a puzza with 5 toppings and wings drowning in sauce! Called back complained and were offered free wings with our next order. Tonight we decided to give them another chance. Same order as last time, guy repeated it back to us and it was right. When hubby got there the wings were drowning in sauce, needless to say he refused to take the order or have them make another one! Waste of our time, if they don't want our business than I'm taking it somewhere else! Unless you want to eat dinner at 12am don't bother ordering from this guys
