With camping season coming up soon I decided to come in and get a general inspection and an oil change. Much to my delight it didn't take long at all and I was well informed that some servicing needed to be done with quotes on the labor and different quality of parts. The information I was given and the way it was presented really helped me with some peace of mind.

got a quote 585 replace oil pan on 4 wheel drive truck booked appointment took in truck mentioned minor play in steering column they called 1.5hr later many things wrong steering to snap,ball joints unsafe stopped work 2400 to fix all.Just do the work you quoted oh he misquoted no parts so now its 900+ and 2days to get gasket & oil pan went to get vehicle. He said if they don't get to do work then they will" CALL POLICE to report unsafe vehicle. Took to another mechanic, said nothing wrong
I went there to check my wife's air conditioning for her car and they bill me almost $150 and the air conditioning still doesn't work. The guy said that was because I asked only to fill up the gas. I don't understand how you go to a business stabilishment and pay such a bill and don't get anything fixed. My first experience with a mechanic since I moved to Hamilton and it was very disappointing
