Boston Pizza

We have been to Boston Pizza many times and generally enjoy it. This was not one of those visits. We order the bread twists, which when they arrived had a hair cooked into them. Couldn't find our waitress anywhere to spoke to the Manager. He took them away and offered us another order, which of course we declined. When our pizza arrived it had been sitting for awhile because it was not very warm, and was extremely rubbery. The cesear salad was the only enjoyable part of the meal. We never saw the Manager again nor did he offer any compensation for the fact that there was a hair cooked in our meal. Overall I would have to say it was not a fine dining experience.
