I have no idea how we let them re-cover our sofa...but we did...it took 1 year to get the couch back and not covered in the material we had picked but it was ok and then...I, beyond all reason,...gave them 1 chair to recover and two other chairs to fix, Carl said he would do a small adjustment to these 2 chairs. We are now into year 3 for these 3 livingroom chairs...we have gone to see them 5 times and his mother is always promising the moon...she is so sincere she could pass for Mother Theresa

recently had our family couch rebuilt/upholstered by these people and are extremely satisfied with the work. work was completed in six weeks. free delivery was appreciated.

Stay away from these people. Believe nothing of what they say. This business seems to be a mother-son affair: the son makes promises and the mother makes excuses. We asked them to quote on some custom work. Good price, so we went with them. The work was over-budget, very late, and unsatisfactory. We asked for some (small, easy) modifications-this was almost a year ago now. Since then, there has been an endless litany of excuses and broken promises-and no action. Never again.

The first time they did an excellent job on our couch, chair and ottoman. A bit slow, they kept putting it off and off. Second time we took a platform rocker to be refinished and reupholstered it took from May to the end of November to get it back. They kept adjusting the price and it went up and up! Some of the finish has dribbles on it, the fabric looks great (Apparently $150 a yard, ya ya) We finally just said we're coming down whether its ready or not. Pillows took another 2 months.

They seem nice and you would think they would do a good job being in a small town. We gave them $1800 to recover our couch and it ended up being a disaster. We now have an unfinished couch with a cover on it and left over material.Stay away from this business. Just an honest review.
