The staff at this store are simply some of the nicest most helpful people I have encountered at a grocery store. The TERRIBLE rating is because of the female "manager" named Donna. I had a simple issue with price matching and when she got on scene to resolve the issue she was mean and condescending towards me AND her staff. How did this person ever get a management job...it was quite disturbing and I encouraged the staff to call the Ministry of Labour. No Frills you have a VERY TOXIC manager!
