Called, got picked up right away, driver was very pleasant to talk to (wish I got his name!). Snowmobile quit just outside of Deep River and he helped out big time!
Called 20-25 time over the time frame of an hour when my car ran out of gas. No one picked up, and I left a voicemail with my name and number. Never received a call back or anything. I was more successful with good Samaritans and hitch hiking to my car. The worst part was the fact I saw one of their vans driving around town to Tim Horton's before I started calling them.
I wouldn't trust them to be reliable or even worth the money. Stay clear if you have a choice.
