This is my absolute favorite restaurant to celebrate my birthday, the food is great, and the atmosphere and ambience is nice.

Housed in an old manse the atmosphere is comfortable and friendly. Staff are great. There is a wide selection of domestic and international beer and wine.
The owners are Cordon Bleu trained so there is an interesting selection of menu items including your traditional pub fare. Keep in mind though that this is much more than a pub and your dining experience will offer unique items as well.
Everything was well presented and excellent in terms of quality. Desserts are all home made. Worth the trip alone if they don't run out. This is a popular spot with locals and if the word gets out people would make the drive from the city to this hidden gem. A nice outdoor deck if you just want a drink as well. Highly recommended!
