We normally have great service and food here. This last time, the service was not very good. The waitress dd not seem to be on the ball, we had to ask for utensils! Then had to ask her for ketchup. Normally, we have always been asked if we want ketchup. She took her time bringing a refill drink for my husband. We thought she forgot it. We will go back but hope for better service next time.
Okay the place was full house but service just neglected us. It was slooooow. Hiring youngsters is a good idea except when it comes to demonstrate responsability and commitment with your clientele.
About the food? I found it somewhat greasy and expensive comparing what you get for the money. Options were boring but I have to admit that is subjective.
Typical chain resto.. but looks like they have a format that works! They still hire the typical kids to run the place, but they have a plan in place to help ensure the customers' satisfaction. They do everything they can now, to ensure everything is in the bag before you leave the takeout window, and the food is quite good, for what it is too!
One time recently, there was something missing, I called, and the manager on duty took care of me appropriately.
