We were seated promptly. Then waited 10 mins. for a server. She took our order and we waited another 10 mins. for bread. My daughter had a salad that was watery. Dinner came and there was an inch and a half of oil in the bottom of the pasta bowl-we ordered whole wheat pasta and received white. The salad was good to start-until I found a hair in it. The server came back and asked what the problem was and I told her. Took 10 mins. of her walking around with the plate in her hands before she came back with the bill. What a disappointment! Brenda and Dean are only there in namesake, it seems.
We came for the first time in 2 years to Brantford and stopped of at East Side Marios before seeing the movie.
We were immediately set down but waited 15 minutes before we finally asked for service.
Asking for the only burger on the menue with NO onions, we eventually go the meal about 20 minutes later, ... COLD and with ONION !!! we sent them back and waited another 15 minutes before finally telling the waitress that we can't wait anylonger or we'll miss our movie. After leaving we were chased by the waitress that we never paid the bill, we has to tell her we never had nothing that we never got our meal after we sent it back.

I couldnt believe the place was empty and we got seated in the corner behinde a wall!!!! The fact that the service was awful the food was not that warm we had to ask for bread and only saw i waitress 3 once to take our order bring our order and bring the bill i do not recommend this place at all especially if you are mixed race couple because you can hear the waitresses talking about how wrong it is
While we were seated fairly quickly and orders taken promptly, the food that arrived was not good at all. We had ordered ribs and capelleti with ceasar and garden salads. The garden salad was ok but the ceasar had next to no dressing. The ribs were not edible and were left....after letting the server know this I was told 'oh really?' and that was the end of it. It cost approx $56.00 and was not worth it at all. I will not go back nor will I recommend this restaurant.
