I wish there was a zero star review. Terrible experience with their service. I went there two times and I won't go there again. First time was a simple motor oil change. There was a leak after one day. Had to return and waste my time to get it fixed. Second time was even worse. Went there for transmission oil change. Asked them for the price of the service and booked the time before I go for my vacation. After going there they bumped up the price by $100 from original price and as it was just be

Bought a used car. Was promised 2 sets of tires. Winter (on the car), summers extra. Pick up day they gave me ones on the brink of ripping. The car had sun visor missing and was promised to have it ready the day I picked up. It was not ready. I had to call every week for 2 months and speak to the manager multiple times to have the visor finally shipped to me. Lastly, the car's battery fuse died the day after. I bought a used vehicle from Hyundai Attrell in Brampton. They passed the safety for a vehicle, which required new tires, alignment and windshield replacement. I spoke to the owner Bob Attrell, he was very aggressive on the phone, matter of fact, I have the phone calls recorded. If anybody experienced a similar situation. Please contact me. I will be directing a 40second commercial about these Hyundai Attrell clowns. With my used vehicle, I have 5 years warranty , but I have to say goodbye to the warranty, because I do not trust these clowns. I will be replacing the tires soon and will be getting alignment fixed and windshield repaired from my own pocket. Please be careful, when dealing with Hyundai Attrell, do not trust any word, they are very polite before you buy the vehicle, after everything is signed their attitude changes.
It was my first visit to this dealer for the third service of my new Tucson followed my move from Mississauga to Brampton! The experience was very disappointing considering the fact that this was the closet to my new home. The young boy who was at the reception had no idea of customer service. The guy told me that it was going to take 1 hour 15 minutes and then when I checked after 1 hour 40 minutes the reason for the delay, he appeared rude and defensive. Of course it was the end of the day and I was starting to have a migraine! Even after I mentioned to him that talking to customers that way is not appreciated, he didn't bother to have a positive conversation, rather kept defending his position that he was making sure car was ok. I do understand that it is their responsibility to see car is fine, but I think they missed that customer care was also equally important. After all how much it takes to be nice to people..!!??
