This is the most disgusting place I have ever had the displeasure of dining at. The fries were stone cold, and the chicken was re warmed and very tough. The server never came back after she threw the hog wash they called food at us, and we had to ask for utensils. When we complained to the Manager he just shrugged and said we gave you $5.00 off the bill. And as I told him $5.00 does not make up fir a very bad experience at this restaurant. As we left there were several other guests complaining .
My first attempt at ordering on-line for pick up did not go so well, for example, there is no back button that would permit one to change my choice of garnishments. I paid at the store which went fine, then I scurried home to enjoy my meal- the salad and dressing were missing although I suspect someone knew as both items were highlighted an the yellow delivery copy I noticed after we had already eaten the rest which was only warm at best. Perhaps a deposit on a returnable warmer bag ??
I am a regular customer of Swiss Chalet. I love quarter chicken with fries. Lately the fries at Bradford are brown, Maybe they are cooked with old oil or maybe they are cooked in the morning and served lately, I do not know exactly what happen but barely I can eat them. The chicken is also dried and overcooked; the skin very dried.
This happens many times lately; it will be a very big luck to get a fresh portion with yellow fries and fresh meat. Sorry, bur very disappointing. I will photo prove
Went out with the family for dinner. I believe we had stephanie as our server couldn't be more pleased with the service . Friendly , organized and experienced. Would definetly recommend server stephanie and restaurant
I have eat at this resturaunt in many diffenrt citys and recived the same service at each AMAZING. People there are just womderful food is unbelivable and it doesnt matter were you are the service is the same just AMAZING !!!!
Melissa went out of her way to sit down with us and go thru the items on the menu that would be safe to eat for a person with life threatening food allergies. (She even brought the food preparation/management binder that listed how certain ingredients were added/overall meal was prepared to ensure that Syd was able to eat at Montana's.)
It was a busy night but she personally made a safe desert fruit slushie as well as supervising and verifying that the meal Syd ate was prepared in a nut and peanut free environment. Very cool!
The meal and the service was just great. We always have a wonderful time when we go there. and the staff are always helpful and friendly. In fact we will soon be going again. You can't always please everyone, but you do please enough so keep up the good work.

Annoying birthday habits: they shout, sing and slam on a kinda cow bell. BOuaaaah! Sometimes it happens like 5 times during the dinner. Still I will return cause I have cravings for the beeksky rib.

The chicken wings were very hot, just the way I like them. Club sandwich was excellent with lots of fries. I could have used a glass of water and we started out without napkins or utensils, but it was very busy and all in all the service was friendly and the meal enjoyable. I would like to go back for the all you can eat ribs which run from Monday to Wednesday during the summer.

we ordered the spinach dip to start. we were never given napkins throughout the whole stay. the only napkins we got were with the knife and fork and we had to ask for those AFTER we got our dinner. i got the new york steak, which was surrounded in fat. i also got the smallest amount of steamed veggies, which was a big disappointment cuz it did taste great. yet i got a big serving of fries, which didn't taste that good. the onion rings comes with the steak dinner. those were also terrible. the steak knife didn't look clean either. the bill came up to $78. was definitely not worth it. i will never go back to this restaurant. to make it worse, they have animal heads on their walls.
